A Starter site lands in around two weeks from kick-off. A Growth project is typically four to six weeks. Custom builds take the longest to produce, usually six to twelve weeks depending on features and complexity. I keep work-in-progress to two clients at a time so timelines stay honest.
What does the process look like?+
Discovery call → strategy & sitemap → design (unlimited revisions) → build → QA & launch → 30-day check-in. You'll see something tangible in the first week and you'll know exactly where the project stands at every stage.
Do I own the site once it's done?+
Yes — fully. Code, design files, content and CMS access are all handed to you. No lock-in, no ransom hosting. I encourage all of my clients to purchase domains themselves. If you want me to keep hosting and maintaining, that's a separate optional retainer of £30 per month.
What if I don't have a brand or copy yet?+
Common situation. Brand identity work is included in all tiers. For copy I either write it for you once I have an understanding of your brands identity and voice or I work alongside a copywriter — either way you won't get stuck with lorem ipsum.
Can you fix or rebuild my existing site?+
Often, yes. Send me the URL and I'll send back a free, no-strings attached audit covering performance, conversion blockers and SEO basics. Then we decide whether a rebuild or a focused refresh makes more sense. Most of the time to meet my standards a rebuild may be needed.
Why hire you over an agency?+
With an agency you get handed off to a junior. With me you get a single point of contact who owns the entire project — strategy, design and build. No account managers, no briefing chains, no margin on top of margin. You pay for the work, not the overhead.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. Standard split is 50% once the design phase is complete and we know the project is going somewhere you are pleased with, then 50% once the site is built.
